
AGE RULES
When registering your player for the 2008 season, use the age of your child on April 30th to determine the correct age group.
MAINTENANCE FEE
For 2008, we will no longer have a Maintenance fee. Field maintenance and improvement are RAYBA's means to enhance the playing experience for all of the youth in our organization. Some of our projects are for safety's sake while some are for improving playing conditions on our ball fields.
HOWEVER, because we will have no maintenance fee and no required volunteer hours for each family to perform this year, we will still rely on individuals or families to step up and volunteer. There will be opportuities to assist in field maintenance during one of three hosted tournaments or work in concessions. Other volunteer opportunities may become available. Volunteer opportunities and schedules will be posted on the Volunteer page of this website as the schedule becomes available. We strongly believe the commitment of many volunteers are what will make our organization strong and successful. Watch for opportunities for you to contribute your time or skills.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ before starting Online Registration!!
- Online Registration for 2008 is now available. We encourage everyone who can possibly signup online to do so this year. This will greatly assist our record keeping and will prevent mistakes.
- If you intend to pay by check, you will have a couple of options:
- You may register by Mail-in Registration. See Mail-in Registration instructions below.
- You may choose to register at one of our Walk-up Registration events.
NOTE: If you choose pay by check, the check must be received by RAYBA prior to Try-outs. Your player will be ineligible for try-outs if the payment has not been received by RAYBA or arrangements made with the President or Treasurer.
- Online Registration Cutoff Dates As of MIDNIGHT
- 13-14 Yr Old Travelling Teams April 4 Online Registration has ended.
- 15 Yr Old Travelling Teams April 12 Online Registration has ended.
- 13-15 Yr Old House Leagues April 12 Online Registration has ended.
- 16U Gopher State May 2nd Online Registration has ended.
- 19U Gopher State May 11th Online Registration has ended.
- 20 and over - Town Ball League TBD
Important 13-19U Update (5/12/08):
Online Registration is NO LONGER available for those all 13-19U Teams!
Because of the number of volunteers we have had for coaching positions it is necessary to limit the number of 13 year old house teams to 6. We have also filled 8 teams at the 14/15 house level and we need to start putting kids on a waiting list.All future 13-15 year old registrants for the house leagues will be placed on a waiting list. Please email your information to Craig Beers to be placed on the list. Also, if you are interested in coaching at the 13-15 year old level please contact Jim Meyer at jimkarenmyer@msn.com ASAP!
NOTE: There will be NO Online Registration available once the cutoff date has been reached for the applicable age group. Registrations after that date must be approved by RAYBA.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
Please follow the instructions below when preparing your Mail-In Registration.
Download the 2008 Registration Form and complete. It is important that you provide us with an email address that we may contact you with important association and team information. Download the RAYBA Registration Agreement and Refund Policy. Print an additional copy of the Registration Agreement for your own records. Mail the completed and signed Registration Form, signed Registration Agreement, and check for the applicable registration fee to:

WALK-UP REGISTRATION
There are ONLY TWO walk-up registration events this year. You may register at the New Hope City Hall on March 13: 6-8:30 PM or March 15th: 9-12 AM.
FUNDRAISING
This year we will again ask everyone to participate in a Fundraiser. The funds from this fundraiser will assist in funding continued improvements for Smothers Field.

Covers uniforms, equipment, and insurance.

FORMS FOR COACHES
Anyone interested in Coaching as either a Head Coach or Assistant Coach (both returning and new coaches), must complete the forms below. New coaches will NOT be approved until we have received an acceptable response to the Background check. Under NO circumstance will a new Head coach or assistant be allowed to participate in a team activity until we have received the acceptable background check.
